Lead Front of House Operations

At The Inn at Little Washington, a Michelin 3-Star, Forbes 5-Star, and AAA 5-Diamond restaurant, we are seeking a skilled Assistant Maître d'Hôtel to lead our Front of House team in delivering exceptional service to our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily Front of House operations to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness in the dining room and service areas
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
  • Train and develop Front of House staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of service and quality
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in fine dining service management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, and fine dining etiquette
