About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Implementation Manager to join our Global Trade Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving time to revenue by implementing Receivables Finance and Supply Chain products/services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Structured Trade Solutions team members to conduct scope/discovery meetings with clients and develop solutions and strategies that align with the client's business and technical needs.
  • Develop an Implementation Scope Document/Project Plan outlining clear scope of work with milestones, deliverables, and timelines for internal and external partners, including clients.
  • Ensure implementation scope is fully articulated and agreed with clients and project team throughout the projects.
  • Identify any risks and process improvement opportunities and ensure speed to revenue realization by driving deals through the implementation process.
Requirements
  • Be well-versed in Global Trade Solutions (GTS) products and services or other relevant industry expertise.
  • High level of business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural, and regulatory issues.
  • An extensive project management background, handling sophisticated and fast-paced client projects.
  • Expert time management, planning, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Be able to mobilize internal partners and resources to quickly understand and resolve client issues.
