Job Description

We are seeking a Unified Communications Specialist to join our team at BlueAlly Technology Solutions, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying and supporting Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) solutions in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and support Cisco UC&C solutions
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their UC&C needs
  • Design and implement UC&C solutions that meet client requirements
  • Provide technical support and training to clients

Requirements:

  • Experience with Cisco UC&C solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
