Job Summary

Serco is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Technical Support Analyst to join our team. As a Technical Analyst, you will be part of a team evaluating and managing the delivery of a new class of amphibious ship for the United States Navy and Marine Corps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for requirements development, concept development, engineering, integration and test, and performance analysis as tasked by Technical Division stakeholders.
  • Support senior technical personnel and project managers within the organization in various technical activities related to system and technical product development.
  • Develop white papers and briefing materials.
  • Provide technical guidance and review of Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR), Critical Design Review (CDRs) as well as Test & Evaluation of components and systems.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus a minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience with HM&E systems, addressing engineering questions, and reviewing H,M&E system diagrams.
  • Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • 10% travel time required.
Desired Experience and Skills
  • Prior experience working with a shipyard, or in the Navy marine shipbuilding industry is desired.
