Talent Software Services is seeking an experienced Support Engineer - M365 to join our team in Redmond, WA. As a key member of our Support organization, you will lead in building communities with peer delivery roles and share your knowledge through readiness programs, technical coaching, and mentoring of others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deepen your technical and professional proficiency to enable you to resolve complex customer issues through training and readiness.
  • Engage with Engineering/Supportability teams to investigate potential product defects and help develop automation techniques and diagnostic tools driving product improvements.
  • Provide technical support for different versions of SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365, as well as Exchange on-premise servers administration (2007, 2010, 2013, 2016).
  • Experience supporting large and complex geographically distributed enterprise environments with 1000+ users.

Requirements:

  • Good technical knowledge on different versions of SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365 and, or Exchange on-premise servers administration (2007, 2010, 2013, 2016).
  • Experience on Windows Server, Windows Client, Active Directory, and, or Azure Active Directory Administration, ADFS, SSO configuration, Azure Identity Protection, Identity management, O365 identity, Azure MFA.
  • Networking (DNS, TCP, IP) skills.
