Pega Architect

Core Responsibilities

  • Thrive in a dynamic environment while proactively identifying infrastructure challenges.
  • Ensure the availability of application infrastructure is maintained and propose engineering solutions to enhance stability, sustainability, and resilience.
  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and deliverables for affected business and technology teams.
  • Engage with stakeholders and project teams to prepare and deliver critical artifacts in a timely manner.
  • Provide clear and timely communication to all impacted stakeholders.
  • Guide teams in assessing risks with mitigation strategies and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Identify change controls and communicate the associated risks and benefits of decisions and actions to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and escalate issues requiring immediate attention.
  • Adhere to corporate change standards and procedures, including the maintenance of Systems of Record and the delivery of quality project artifacts.
  • Actively engage and lead efforts in addressing product support issues and incidents.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient in IBM WebSphere, Tomcat, PEGA, Linux, Java, SQL, and Oracle.
  • Experience with Shell scripting.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing application infrastructure and support.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within Information Technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with IBM WebSphere.
  • Experience and/or certification in Pega Designer Studio.

5-6+ years

Expected annual compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000, with variations for specific locations. This position is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits package, which includes a comprehensive range of medical and dental options, disability insurance, paid time off (including sick leave), and other leave options.
