About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Lead System Architect to join our team at Genesis10. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the technical design and implementation of Pega solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical design and implementation of Pega solutions for multiple projects
  • Develop and maintain technical design documents for Pega implementations
  • Design and develop enterprise-class structures for Pega applications
  • Review and design integration, UI, agents, activities, and data migration strategies
  • Develop and maintain rule sets for Pega applications
  • Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with Pega guardrails
  • Develop and maintain branching and release management strategies for Pega applications
  • Participate in DCO/requirements workshops and ensure requirements are achievable in Pega
  • Guide technical teams on complex Pega technical issues and provide thought leadership on Pega's technical capabilities
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in Pega development and implementation
  • Experience with Pega PRPC, Process Flows, Activities, Harness, Sections, Decision Table, Data transforms, Agent and activity, Reporting, and Pega CLSA
  • Experience with Pega Case Design, Flows, and Management
  • Experience with Pega/PegaRules Process Commander PRPC
  • Experience with Pega DCO and end-to-end PRPC lifecycle
  • Expertise in PRPC Integration with external systems in an enterprise environment
  • Knowledgeable in Estimation, Performance Tuning, and Deployment process
  • Experience with adopting PEGA applications with CICD tools
  • Experience working in an agile project delivery
