Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
- Review and document medication administration records.
- Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely medication administration.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certifications in medication administration and management preferred.
- Previous experience working with seniors and in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
