Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Hewlett-Packard. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and develop integrated software solutions to support the development, deployment, and life cycle of machine learning models.
  • Apply machine learning and statistical modeling techniques to business or research problems, defining collection protocols and analyzing data sources.
  • Develop, train, and evaluate models, creating visualizations of data properties and model performance, and deploying and maintaining models.
  • Direct technical teams in achieving these objectives, articulating the desired outcome, approach, tradeoffs, status, and risks.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, and/or Math or equivalent, demonstrated through work experience, journal, and/or conference publications or open-source projects.
  • 3-5 years of experience in machine learning and software development.
  • Fluent in one or more machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, etc.) and programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, R, C#).
  • Knowledge of business intelligence (e.g., Power BI) and development tools (Azure Dev Ops, GitHub).
  • Ability to keep knowledge and skills current by reading state-of-the-art research papers and blog posts from industry and research labs.
