Effectively collaborate with suppliers to address issues using Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) methodologies.

Engage with the sourcing team to select and manage designated suppliers.

Implement the established Quality plan for assigned suppliers, considering factors such as product type and complexity, supplier quality history, item requirements, and the supplier's demonstrated process control capabilities, while participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Willingness to travel 25% - 50% to assigned suppliers as necessary (both domestic and international).
