Key Responsibilities
  • Network with community organizations to ensure effective crisis response and support.
  • Provide education and outreach to the community on accessing crisis services.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless crisis response.
  • Collaborate with other Tulalip departments to provide ongoing communication and support.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • One year of experience volunteering or working with children and families, demonstrating sensitivity to individual, family, and cultural differences.
  • Six months of experience working as a certified peer counselor.
  • One year of experience in crisis intervention.
Preferred Qualifications
  • WA State Driver's License.
  • WA Peer Counselor Certification.
  • CPR/First Aid certificate.
  • HIPAA certification.
Terms of Employment

This is a contracted position for the first year of employment.
