Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the product strategy team, design leads, program management, and development teams to ensure the successful execution of critical deliverables.
  • Facilitate business requirement activities by conducting comprehensive analyses for products and initiatives, focusing on requirements, user journeys, and user interface designs for shared services utilized across the organization.
  • Create detailed, high-quality documentation encompassing all aspects of the systems involved, including business requirements, non-functional requirements, use cases, and business system concept documents, presented as mature user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Resolve conflicts in requirements between business units or between business and technology, with guidance from Product Strategy and Program Management leads.
  • Act as the product owner for scrum teams, managing sizing, team capacity, daily scrums, and regular status reporting, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Work to eliminate roadblocks and ensure visibility and management of dependencies. Contribute to project planning and status reporting. Conduct usability testing to confirm that the service and product align with user needs.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related technical field, along with five (5) years of experience in software engineering, development, or a related role focused on software development and technical solution design.

Essential Experience:
  • Proven experience in implementing software development lifecycle methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
  • Utilization of business requirements knowledge in capital markets to develop business process management solutions.
  • Expertise in documenting business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, data mapping, and backlog prioritization using JIRA and SCRUM.
  • Experience in business process engineering, organizational change management, and cost-benefit analyses.

Compensation and Benefits:
The anticipated hiring base salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, education, skills, and location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. A comprehensive benefits package is also offered, including medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contributions, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
