About this Role:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Consumer & Business Deposits Mass Markets Financial Product team. This team is responsible for developing product value propositions, experiences, and go-to-market strategies that drive customer and balance growth with high customer satisfaction.

As a key member of the Mass Market Financial Products team, you will be responsible for providing critical research and analytic underpinnings to drive our product strategies. You will analyze business performance to identify and explain drivers and trends, and present insights on opportunities and solutions.

You will also monitor customer needs, competition, and market dynamics via internal and external research to inform product, solution, and experience development. Additionally, you will develop and influence business plans and metrics, requirements, and change implementations across multiple groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business performance to identify and explain drivers and trends
  • Present insights on opportunities and solutions
  • Monitor customer needs, competition, and market dynamics

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver presentations to senior leaders
  • Detail-oriented with solid analytical skills and ability to synthesize data to make decisions
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Self-starter with high energy and motivation who works well independently and can lead cross-functional teams
