About this Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to support our Treasury Management team within Global Treasury Management at Wells Fargo. This position will be responsible for identifying and analyzing customer needs, as well as managing key products and services.

This person will work directly with stakeholders across the business and enterprise to collaborate and contribute to delivering Treasury Management solutions, while effectively managing risks associated with assigned products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or participate in product management initiatives and deliverables for Check Disbursements products, including supporting the development of product strategy for assigned products and prioritizing enhancements.
  • Support and contribute to product financials, including revenue, pricing, profitability, volume tracking, and billing processes.
  • Lead or participate in management of assigned risk management activities, including annual risk assessments.
  • Establish and foster relationships with key partners, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Contribute to product life-cycle management, including creation of business cases, product enhancements, supporting sales and marketing, product launches, and product exits.
  • Provide support on moderately complex and technical products and services, including leading moderately complex initiatives.
  • Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Treasury management and/or payments experience.
  • Experience with Treasury Management check disbursement products, including Account Reconcilement (ARP), Positive Pay, or Controlled Disbursement Services.
  • Financial services industry experience.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives.
  • Ability to work and influence various levels of leadership both internally and externally.
  • Ability to collaborate with clients, identify business opportunities, and translate into innovative and valuable solutions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability in a dynamic and complex environment.
Job Expectations
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
