Job Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proficient EBS HRMS Technical Specialist to contribute to our projects.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in the technical deployment, customization, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules, ensuring optimal use of HR technology to fulfill the organization's human resources objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

System Customization and Configuration:
Tailor and configure Oracle EBS HRMS modules to fit the organization's HR workflows and policies.

Establish and maintain HRMS configurations, including position frameworks, organizational structures, and other pertinent setups.

Integration Management:
Architect and execute integrations between Oracle HRMS and other enterprise applications, ensuring data precision and consistency.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to connect HRMS with associated modules and external applications.

Technical Development:
Create and implement bespoke solutions, reports, and interfaces to meet specific HRMS needs.

Utilize Oracle development tools such as Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, and Oracle Workflow.

Data Migration:
Plan and carry out data migration tasks related to HR information, ensuring a seamless transition and data integrity.

Validate and cleanse data throughout the migration processes.

HR Analytics and Reporting:
Design and produce custom reports and analytics using Oracle BI Publisher or other reporting tools.

Implement solutions for HR data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

Performance Optimization:
Examine and enhance the performance of HRMS applications by identifying and resolving performance issues.

Monitor system performance and implement enhancements as necessary.

User Training and Support:
Offer technical assistance to HRMS end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.

Conduct training sessions for HR and IT personnel on new features, functionalities, and system updates.

Documentation:
Develop and maintain technical documentation for HRMS customizations, configurations, and development activities.

Ensure documentation is current with changes and improvements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Demonstrated experience as an EBS HRMS Technical Specialist or in a comparable role.

Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules and their technical framework.

Expertise in Oracle development tools, including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow.

Strong grasp of HR business processes and HR data structures.

Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS Certification.
