About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Thomson Reuters as a Sales Executive, working in a hybrid role that combines in-office and remote work. The position can be based in any of our corporate Hub office locations: Ann Arbor, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Dallas.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Exceeding sales and renewal targets and quotas on a monthly basis
  • Demonstrating the use of Tax & Accounting products to customers
  • Obtaining and providing territory information regarding market intelligence and penetration
  • Conferencing with and assisting in customer-related issues to maintain good customer relations

You will also be responsible for:

  • Completing weekly sales performance reports and CRM reporting in a timely and accurate manner
  • Driving strategic initiatives supported by the assigned account team to drive growth in the assigned territory
  • Leveraging sales automation tools and data insights to engage prospects and expedite sales cycles

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years' successful sales experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Software as a Service Sales (Saas) experience a plus
  • Strong prospecting and closing skills
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Office suite, utilizing a CRM (such as Salesforce preferred) and overall technical aptitude
