Sales Manager

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Eagan, MN. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and market share by maintaining a defined territory and achieving team quotas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a sales team to drive net-new business through a high conversion rate of warm leads.
  • Adopt and instill Toshiba's culture of sales excellence, including established sales processes and pipeline management.
  • Cultivate sales team industry knowledge and develop relationships with clients to understand and identify their objectives and needs.
  • Develop and manage an extensive prospecting plan, including territory management and sales metrics driving the team to create and maintain a pipeline capable of meeting assigned team objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 5 years outside sales experience in a business-to-business environment, with demonstrated entrepreneurial experience and a goal-driven focus.
  • Strong client-facing skills and effective selling to an executive, owner, and/or decision-maker with a client approach.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and a comparable CRM system.
