Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Oversight: Ensure the highest quality, clinical excellence, and safety measures are maintained in our programs.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to our teams, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
  • Program Development: Ensure our clinical approach remains behavioral and skills-based, aligning with Evolve's mission and values.
  • Direct Supervision: Conduct weekly meetings with Primary Therapists and Operations Manager, providing feedback and support.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee Residential Counselors and Chef.
  • Documentation: Review and co-sign clinical documentation in client medical records.
  • Treatment Team Meetings: Facilitate weekly meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Discharge Planning: Ensure seamless coordination of discharge planning and insurance authorization.
  • Safety Protocols: Ensure consistent adherence to safety protocols and clinical policies.
Qualifications:
  • Licensure: LMFT/LCSW/LPCC in the state of California.
  • Driver's License: Must possess a valid California Driver's License.
  • Criminal Background Check: Must pass a LiveScan background check and clear federal and state criminal background checks, and child abuse indexes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience: Experience working with teens and in behavioral healthcare settings preferred.
