Behavior Technician Role

As a Behavior Technician, you will have the privilege of helping our young clients develop meaningful skills, including communication, socialization, self-care, and school readiness.

You will work closely with teachers, parents, BCBAs, and behavioral health/mental health specialists to make a significant difference in the lives of our children and families.

Requirements

  • Believe that our children (and all children) are wonderfully unique and capable of communicating what is important to them and achieving their goals
  • Kid Experience: We look for kid people and related work, study, or volunteer experience demonstrating an interest in child development and commitment to the care and well-being of all children
  • Completed Education: College enrollment or degree preferred
  • Health & Safety Requirements: Childhood vaccinations and non-reactive TB test, Reliable transportation, Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors and/or child-sized furniture, and quickly move from a seated position to running stance
