Job OpportunityAt Fulton Center, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Unit Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of healthcare professionals and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.

About the Role:

As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the unit, ensuring that high-quality patient care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner. You will work closely with the nursing team to establish and implement policies and procedures, mentor less experienced nurses, and maintain the standards of care for the unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing team
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Mentor and support less experienced nurses in their professional development
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided on the unit
  • Address resident and family concerns in a timely and professional manner


Requirements:

  • Valid State RN License
  • 3 years Long Term Care Experience preferred
  • 2 years Charge Nurse experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
