Job OpportunityAt Fulton Center, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Rehabilitation Unit as a Unit Manager.

As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, and mentoring less experienced nurses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure excellent patient care
  • Mentor and coach nursing staff to enhance their clinical and leadership skills
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care


Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of New York
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in long-term care, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
