Nurse Unit Manager

About the Role:
As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the unit, ensuring that high-quality care is provided to our residents. This includes supervising staff, implementing policies and procedures, and mentoring less experienced nurses. You will also be responsible for maintaining the standards of care, reviewing resident records, and monitoring overall care.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a valid State RN License and have at least 3 years of long-term care experience. A background in charge nurse experience is also preferred. Strong computer skills and excellent communication skills are essential for this position.
