Beth Abraham Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to fill the role of Unit Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our unit, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. **Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care
* Mentor and guide less experienced nurses
* Monitor and review resident records and quality of care
* Represent the unit's interests with upper-level management

**Requirements:**

* Valid State RN License
* 3 years of Long Term Care Experience preferred
* 2 years of Charge Nurse experience preferred
* Strong computer skills
* Excellent communication skills
