Nurse Unit Manager

About the Role:
As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing unit. This includes supervising a team of nurses, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring the highest level of care for our residents. You will also be responsible for mentoring less experienced nurses, reviewing resident records, and monitoring overall care.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a valid State RN License, at least 3 years of long-term care experience, and 2 years of charge nurse experience. Strong computer skills and excellent communication skills are also essential.
