Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to identify their home preferences and facilitate successful transactions
  • Follow up on leads to enhance sales performance

Qualifications:
  • Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Proficient with technology
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Preferred: Proven sales experience

We also welcome individuals who are in the process of obtaining their real estate license. Opportunities for earning while learning are available.

  • Minimum of 1 year of active real estate experience
  • Must reside in the East Bay Area
  • Valid California real estate license required
  • Demonstrated success in real estate sales or a related field
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
  • Familiarity with the East Bay real estate market
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in real estate software and online marketing tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Knowledge of local zoning laws and financing options
  • Prior experience as a real estate agent in the East Bay area
