We provide end-to-end solutions to help creators and media companies grow their audiences and revenue, while connecting brands with hard-to-reach digital fans.
Our proprietary technologies leverage generative AI, machine learning, digital signal processing, and big data to power our platform and ecosystem.
We are seeking a Head of Business Development who will identify, assess, and execute strategic initiatives, including partnerships, content licensing & distribution, platform expansion, and expanded monetization offerings.
The ideal candidate will have experience and relationships in the digital video and social media space.
Responsibilities- Lead and deliver the strategic and business development vision for the Content Management Business Unit.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that align with RHEI's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the development of compelling pitch materials, sales processes, and new partner analysis.
- Manage the entire new partnerships funnel from prospecting to execution.
- Identify potential new revenue streams relating to Content Management for enterprise partners.
- Strategically lead and support the Content Management business development team to optimize revenue generation.
- Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with top Content Management partners.
- Represent RHEI at industry events and conferences.
- A minimum of ten years of relevant and progressive experience in building strategic partnerships in the video space.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated track record of securing innovative and impactful business development partnerships.
- Strong technical understanding of prominent video platforms.
- Proven expertise in complex negotiations and ongoing partner/account management.
