Job Description

RHEI is a leading creator economy company that empowers creators, media companies, and brands to succeed in the digital content space.

We provide end-to-end solutions to help creators and media companies grow their audiences and revenue, while connecting brands with hard-to-reach digital fans.

Our proprietary technologies leverage generative AI, machine learning, digital signal processing, and big data to power our platform and ecosystem.

We are seeking a Head of Business Development who will identify, assess, and execute strategic initiatives, including partnerships, content licensing & distribution, platform expansion, and expanded monetization offerings.

The ideal candidate will have experience and relationships in the digital video and social media space.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver the strategic and business development vision for the Content Management Business Unit.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that align with RHEI's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the development of compelling pitch materials, sales processes, and new partner analysis.
  • Manage the entire new partnerships funnel from prospecting to execution.
  • Identify potential new revenue streams relating to Content Management for enterprise partners.
  • Strategically lead and support the Content Management business development team to optimize revenue generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with top Content Management partners.
  • Represent RHEI at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
  • A minimum of ten years of relevant and progressive experience in building strategic partnerships in the video space.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of securing innovative and impactful business development partnerships.
  • Strong technical understanding of prominent video platforms.
  • Proven expertise in complex negotiations and ongoing partner/account management.
