Our ServicesWe offer seamless in-office and 24/7 virtual care services, on-site labs, and programs for preventive care, chronic care management, common illnesses, and mental health concerns. Our goal is to deliver exceptional healthcare to more consumers, employers, care team members, and health networks to achieve better health outcomes.
What You'll Be Working OnYou'll be seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits. You'll also be treating patients in-office and conducting occasional tele-health visits. Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams, is essential.
RequirementsAt least 2 years of primary care experience is required. You must be currently licensed or able to obtain licensure in the state of Massachusetts. The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups is crucial. Board Certification is also required.
BenefitsWe offer malpractice insurance, UpToDate subscription, One Medical-issued laptop, sick time, and PTO eligible in accordance with local requirements. This is an hourly role in Hyannis, MA. One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly range for this role is $75/hr. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
