Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician Assistant/Senior Health Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Health Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients
- Work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care
- Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
- Utilize your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
- At least 2 years of primary care experience required
- Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively
- Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes

This is an hourly role in Hyannis, MA. One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly range for this role is $75/hr. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include benefits.
