Job SummaryWe are seeking a Per Diem Primary Care Senior Health Physician to join our team. As a Per Diem Primary Care Senior Health Physician, you will be responsible for seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
You will be part of a collaborative team that values ongoing collaboration and communication. You will have the opportunity to utilize your specific clinical training and perform in-office procedures. We are looking for a physician who is passionate about primary care and is committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Requirements- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics. If not yet Board Certified, must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
- State licensed in Massachusetts, obtained before your One Medical start date

- One Medical Issued laptop (to allow for secure access to our EHR)
- Sick Time PTO eligible in accordance with local requirements
This is an hourly role in Hyannis, MA. One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly range for this role is $126/hr. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include benefits.
