Job SummaryWe're seeking a Per Diem Primary Care Senior Health Physician to join our team. As a senior health physician, you'll see patients with a broad array of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits. You'll treat patients in-office and conduct occasional tele-health visits, collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
You'll utilize your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures. We're looking for a physician with a passion for human-centered primary care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements- Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
- State licensed in Massachusetts, obtained before your One Medical start date
- Malpractice Insurance - Malpractice fees to insure your practice at One Medical are covered 100%
- UpToDate Subscription - An evidence-based clinical research tool
- One Medical Issued laptop (to allow for secure access to our EHR)
- Sick Time PTO eligible in accordance with local requirements
This is an hourly role in Hyannis, MA. One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly range for this role is $126/hr. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
