Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our team in Hyannis, MA. As a per diem clinician, you'll work 8-40 patient care hours per week, seeing patients with a broad array of needs and conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
You'll collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams, utilizing your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures. A passion for human-centered primary care and the ability to build successful relationships with team members are essential for this role.
Responsibilities- See patients with a broad array of needs
- Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
- Utilize specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
- At least 2 years of primary care experience required
- Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively
- Board Certification
- Malpractice Insurance
- UpToDate Subscription
- One Medical Issued laptop
- Sick Time PTO eligible
The hourly range for this role is $75/hr. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
