Job Overview

The Hire Solution is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Purchasing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing phone and online supplier information, working closely with the company owner to ensure production imperatives, new merchandise offerings, and sales planning are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone and online supplier information using Shopify, NetSuite ERP, and QuickBooks.
  • Work closely with the company owner to ensure production imperatives, new merchandise offerings, and sales planning are met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to the company's #1 client, assisting both over email and by phone for all help needed.
  • Ensure all databases and internal platforms are current and accurate.
  • Work extensively using MS Excel to keep track of large amounts of inventory, sku numbers, shipments, and other purchasing related activities.

Requirements:

  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Bilingual Spanish.
  • 1-3 years of purchasing, administrative assistance, order fulfillment, or customer service experience.
  • BA degree preferred, or Associates degree plus work experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and very detail oriented.
  • Able to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
