  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and relevant metrics
Requirements:
  • Strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow through, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Easy to work with
  • 1 year of experience in Customer Support or Sales roles is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using sales-related software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory, any other languages are a plus
