About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Amplify Recruiting. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as managing and expanding relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Pursue New Sales Opportunities: Focus on companies undergoing significant change, such as mergers, acquisitions, digital transformations, and change associated with advances in Artificial Intelligence.
  • Build a Strong Prospect Pipeline: Ensure potential customers are moving down the sales process.
  • Develop and Maintain Strong Relationships: With decision-makers at all levels, including senior executives and HR leaders.
  • Present Our Services and Solutions: Demonstrate how they can address specific client challenges related to change management.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Ensure that client needs are met and that project deliverables align with client expectations.
  • Stay Informed about Industry Trends: Effectively position our services.
  • Ensure Accurate CRM Data Entry: Adhere to company policies for timely and precise data entry.
  • Meet or Exceed Sales Targets: Contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 Years of Experience: In B2B sales, preferably in professional services and/or management consulting.
  • Proven Ability to Build and Maintain Relationships: With senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Strong Understanding of Change Management Principles: And the challenges organizations face during transitions.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Convey complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Highly Organized: With strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM Software: Commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Self-Motivated: With a strong drive to achieve sales targets and grow the business.

  • Achievement of Quarterly and Annual Sales Targets.
  • Client Satisfaction and Retention Rates.
  • Number of New Clients Secured and Revenue Generated from New Business.
