About the Role

As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, DSP Acquisition, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies to attract high-quality Delivery Service Providers to our network. Your primary objective will be to find and engage with potential DSP owners who can quickly ramp up their businesses to consistently meet our quality standards.

You will be responsible for leading the planning and implementation of innovative campaigns to acquire DSP owner quality leads, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns across various channels, and acting as a main point of contact for the DSP Acquisition team on marketing topics.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies to attract high-quality DSP owners
  • Leading the planning and implementation of innovative campaigns to acquire DSP owner quality leads
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns across various channels
  • Acting as a main point of contact for the DSP Acquisition team on marketing topics
  • Conducting ongoing customer and market research to inform marketing strategies

As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, DSP Acquisition, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including business development managers, marketing agencies, Amazon's creative garage, and the tech team, to drive the Last Mile DSP external candidate pipeline for the program.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, or engineering)
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity, product marketing, business development, or product management in ecommerce or technology businesses
  • Proven ability to write data-driven, well-structured documents that influence key decision-makers
  • Proven analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and understand complex sets of data, extract insights, and communicate them effectively
  • Experience in working in corporate environments and engaging with senior executives

The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
