HR Manager

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our human resources initiatives and drive business success at Lifetime Destinations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, be knowledgeable about labor laws, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintain the HRIS system, guaranteeing accurate and up-to-date employee files.
  • Administer FMLA and workplace accommodations in compliance with applicable laws, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Stay up-to-date with labor laws, communicating changes to management and updating policies as needed.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage employee relations, including workplace investigation and addressing grievances, ensuring a fair and equitable work environment.
  • Provide training and development for managers and employees, including coaching managers on complex issues.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a generalized HR role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices, with the ability to apply knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Previous experience in an HR leadership role, with a strong understanding of organizational dynamics and change management.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with the ability to create engaging and informative reports.
  • Ability to handle situations with professionalism and confidentiality, maintaining the trust and respect of employees and management.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
