Medical Customer Service Representative

**Job Summary**
Biolife Plasma Services is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Medical Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our donors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Answer phones and greet donors in a friendly and professional manner
- Screen new and repeat donors and take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results
- Use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate donor compensation and identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement
- Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
- 1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful
