Job Description:

Dominion Financial Services Inc. is a leading mortgage originator for single-family real estate. Our company specializes in originating two main loan products: a short-term bridge loan for fix & flip investors and a long-term rental loan for landlords growing their rental portfolios. With aggressive quarterly growth and a current origination volume of $70MM per month, we are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Play a pivotal role in creating, managing, and enhancing our mortgage sales efforts and initiatives with our wholesale mortgage broker clients.
  • Ensure the strategic alignment of our mortgage sales goals with our business objectives.
  • Grow wholesale mortgage sales in designated markets with non-QM products.
  • Maintain $2,500,000 in monthly production.
  • Successfully attract new and transition existing wholesale relationships to Dominion.
  • Get 'in the weeds' with broker clients and structure deals and problem-solve.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in mortgage non-QM mortgage wholesale sales, with at least 5 years in the mortgage industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading mortgage sales efforts and building wholesale partner relationships.
  • Thorough understanding of mortgage lending regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Experience with Encompass and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
