We're seeking a highly skilled Parts Manager to join our team at Friendship Ford of Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a balanced inventory, tracking and reporting expenses, and ensuring accurate pricing of parts and accessories.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain a balanced inventory of parts and accessories to meet customer demands.
  • Expense Tracking: Track and report expenses related to parts procurement and inventory management.
  • Pricing and Procurement: Accurately price parts and accessories, and work with the Service Department to fulfill purchase and repair orders.
  • Customer Service: Handle and resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety requirements and comply with federal, state, and local regulations for the department.
