Job Title: Major Account Executive - SMB Sales

At T-Mobile, we're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Major Account Executive to join our SMB Sales team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new business and growing existing relationships with small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and grow existing relationships with SMBs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at SMBs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
  • Develop and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals to SMBs
  • Negotiate and close deals with SMBs
  • Partner with Retail Stores in your assigned territory to drive Business Sales results
  • Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of sales achievements in a commissioned environment
  • 2 years of experience in solutions/applications selling
  • 2 years of experience in telecommunications/technical sales
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required); Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
