Job Title: Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Coordinator to join our team at the Community Renewal Team (CRT). As a Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing all aspects of the WIOA Out of School Youth Program, providing administrative support and direct client services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the WIOA Out of School Youth Program, including supervision of program staff.
  • Conduct intake, assessments, and deliver services consistent with HSI/STEPS standards.
  • Provide case management services to clients, including employment services, vocational training, and work readiness services.
  • Collaborate with community stakeholders, including non-profit agencies, CRT partners, and members of the community.
  • Develop and implement Individual Service Plans for clients and capture essential customer data and records in the STEPS Case Management database.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
  • Minimum of two years' experience working in human services or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in collaboration with a variety of service providers.
  • Knowledge of individuals from diverse ethnic and economic backgrounds.
