Job Title: Salesforce CRM Expert

Churchill Downs Racetrack is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CRM Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our CRM by enabling data-driven insights to enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with internal customers to build solutions and report critical needs and feature requests to the development team.
  • Assist in training end users and manage the user base.
  • Build reports as needed and administer database content to ensure data hygiene.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments to align solutions with business objectives.
  • Design and develop scalable, high-quality solutions that meet the diverse needs of our stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • BS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM Administration, Lightening Experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in software development with Java or C#.
  • 1+ year of database development and strong SQL experience.
  • Current Salesforce Administration Certificate.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current Marketing Cloud Developer Certificate.
  • Experience with Ticketmaster's Archtics.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms/tools.
  • Proactive initiator and highly detail-oriented.
