Salesforce CRM Expert

Churchill Downs Racetrack is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CRM Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our CRM by enabling data-driven insights to enhance the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface with internal customers to build solutions and report critical needs and feature requests to the development team.
- Assist in training end users and manage the user base.
- Build reports as needed and administer database content to ensure data hygiene.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to align solutions with business objectives.
- Design and develop scalable, high-quality solutions that meet the diverse needs of our stakeholders.
Requirements:
- BS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM Administration, Lightening Experience.
- 1+ year of experience in software development with Java or C#.
- 1+ year of database development and strong SQL experience.
- Current Salesforce Administration Certificate.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current Marketing Cloud Developer Certificate.
- Experience with Ticketmaster's Archtics.
- Strong customer-focused mindset.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms/tools.
- Proactive initiator and highly detail-oriented.
