Job Overview

Salary: $18-$20

Rescue Air and Plumbing is on the lookout for a skilled HVAC Dispatcher to enhance our operations. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and seek individuals who share our commitment to excellence.

Key Qualifications:

  • Must successfully pass a drug screening
  • Ability to maintain consistent and punctual attendance
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • The HVAC Dispatcher will oversee the daily logistics of service operations, managing both inbound and outbound activities.
  • Focus on customer relations by efficiently dispatching technicians and maintaining an up-to-date customer database.
  • Address customer inquiries and work towards effective resolutions.
  • Ensure clear communication with department managers and technicians while keeping customers informed about service schedules.
  • Manage the dispatch board daily, ensuring proper follow-up and technician scheduling based on service demand.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
