Required Qualifications:

  • Must successfully pass a drug screening

  • Oversee daily logistical operations for inbound and outbound services
  • Focus on customer engagement, efficiently dispatching technicians, and maintaining an up-to-date customer database
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Facilitate clear communication with department heads and technicians while keeping clients informed about service schedules
  • Manage the dispatch board effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and technician scheduling based on service demand
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
