Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet service customers professionally and warmly
  • Schedule service appointments using dealership software, balancing customer needs and shop capacity
  • Inspect vehicles and refer to service history to accurately identify customer service needs
  • Provide accurate cost and time estimates for recommended services, communicate with customers, and obtain proper authorization
  • Check on service progress and communicate with customers regarding changes in estimates or services
  • Follow up with customers concerning the status of their vehicle
  • Communicate with the parts department to ensure part procurement and offer customers options regarding pricing and availability
  • Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines
  • Demonstrate company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Availability to work a schedule including Saturdays
  • Great attitude and high-energy personality
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
