Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding repairs and equipment issues
  • Occasionally manage heavy equipment during service calls

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of mechanical or electrical experience with hands-on tool usage
  • Experience with digital multi-meters is advantageous
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to utilize mobile devices for scheduling and reporting
  • Willingness to travel locally as part of the job
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
  • Successful completion of a background check is required
