After being acquired by Calera Capital in 2018, ImageFIRST has expanded its services to medical facilities across the country, offering a range of products including linens, patient gowns, scrubs, and more, while effectively managing clients' linen inventories for optimal cost efficiency.
As pioneers in infection control, they operate the highest number of HLAC-accredited facilities in the industry. With an impressive customer retention rate of 97%, ImageFIRST is committed to enhancing patient satisfaction and ensuring staff contentment through exceptional service.Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a Regional Service Operations Manager to oversee our operations.
Compensation:
$70,000 - $80,000 + potential annual bonus based on key performance indicators.
Vehicle Allowance:
$500.00/month + fuel card
The primary responsibility of this role is to lead, direct, and enhance customer relations and service management within a Route Sales framework. The Regional Service Operations Manager will supervise 5-7 routes and identify growth opportunities within these areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop Route Drivers and Service team members.
- Oversee daily execution of service routes and customer interactions.
- Manage route logistics and account routing.
- Control daily inventory of clean and soiled products.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance monitoring of route activities through a structured check-in process.
Manage daily account operations:
- Conduct audits, scrub counts, route reconciliations, and maintain truck maintenance logs.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of daily invoicing.
- Oversee all daily productivity and performance metrics.
- Implement business strategies for renewing, expanding, and developing route operations.
- Guarantee 100% completion of quarterly customer contacts and audits.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent managerial experience.
- Clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in route management is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage and sustain a recurring revenue stream.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
