Overview:
NaphCare is seeking a skilled Regional Pharmacy Operations Specialist to become a vital part of our team.
Position Summary:
Ensure adherence to medication storage protocols across various facilities in compliance with correctional standards.
Provide operational support and guidance to site-level personnel, particularly in nursing and pharmacy departments.
Identify and resolve issues encountered on-site, escalating to senior management when necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects as required.
Report updates to the regional clinical pharmacy director and contribute to the overall success of the pharmacy team.
Position Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess either a certified pharmacy technician license or a pharmacy technician trainee license issued by the state of Arizona. The license must be active and unrestricted. A solid understanding of pharmacy computer systems is essential.
Performance Expectations:
Conduct regular visits to facilities to foster relationships at the site level.
Engage in meetings across multiple tiers (site, regional, and corporate).
Maintain consistent and purposeful communication with all stakeholders.
Complete tasks efficiently to meet and surpass customer expectations.
