Job Title: Receptionist Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at MSCCN. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line phone and greet clients and visitors
- Provide meeting organization and setup
- Provide general administrative support, including preparing business correspondence, filing, scanning, and distributing mail
- Order office supplies as needed
- Ensure the office and kitchen are clean and organized
- Assist with issues regarding the building and/or office, by contacting building management
- Material Job Tickets (MJT's)
- Proofreading skills
Requirements:
- Punctuality, reliability, and regular attendance are essential functions of this position
- Positive demeanor, team player, and self-starter
- Hard skills: Answer multi-line phone, meeting organization and setup, administrative support, business correspondence, filing, scanning, ordering office supplies, proofreading

Job Type: This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site: This is a fully on-site position in Federal Way, Washington.
Work Environment: This is a company with start-up vibes. We are looking for someone who is a seasoned professional but also has the ability to think outside of the box.
