Job Title: Receptionist Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at MSCCN. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer multi-line phone and greet clients and visitors
  • Provide meeting organization and setup
  • Provide general administrative support, including preparing business correspondence, filing, scanning, and distributing mail
  • Order office supplies as needed
  • Ensure the office and kitchen are clean and organized
  • Assist with issues regarding the building and/or office, by contacting building management
  • Material Job Tickets (MJT's)
  • Proofreading skills

Requirements:

  • Punctuality, reliability, and regular attendance are essential functions of this position
  • Positive demeanor, team player, and self-starter
  • Hard skills: Answer multi-line phone, meeting organization and setup, administrative support, business correspondence, filing, scanning, ordering office supplies, proofreading
  • Soft skills: Punctuality, reliability, regular attendance, positive demeanor, team player, self-starter

Job Type: This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site: This is a fully on-site position in Federal Way, Washington.

Work Environment: This is a company with start-up vibes. We are looking for someone who is a seasoned professional but also has the ability to think outside of the box.
