Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer multi-line phone calls and greet clients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing correspondence, filing, scanning, and distributing mail.
  • Order office supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with issues related to the building and office, including contacting building management.
  • Proofread documents and materials for accuracy and quality.
  • Ensure punctuality, reliability, and regular attendance.
  • Develop a positive and professional demeanor, with a strong focus on teamwork and self-motivation.

Requirements

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 months. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
